Courses Refund Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with a course you purchased, you can request a refund within three (3) days from the purchase date, granted that you have not accessed, viewed, or attended any part of the course, whether it be recorded sessions or live sessions.
2. To initiate a refund request, you need to send an email to our support team at support@461246.xyz, with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name]”. Please include your purchase details and reason for the refund request in the email body.
3. The refund process may take up to ten (10) business days to review your request and process the refund, if approved.

Membership and Yearly Subscription Refund Policy

1. All professional memberships and yearly subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE. By subscribing to these, you acknowledge and accept that they do not have a refund or credit policy.
2. If you choose to cancel your professional membership or yearly subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portions of the membership or subscription.

General Conditions

1. Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
2. If we suspect any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to multiple refund requests for the same course, we reserve the right to reject your refund request.
