Why we love COMPLEX?
COMPLEX seems Valuable while SIMPLE seems “Not Good Enough” or “Will not work”.
Thumb rules and Checklists are the best tools but who will pay for SIMPLE Stuff?
So things are made COMPLEX so that people feel like Paying for it.
What an irony!!!!
Simple things work the best both for Wealth and Health.
For example, the best medicine is
1) Walking daily
2) Doing yoga
3) Managing your diet
4) Keeping away from vices like Smoking, Drinking
Likewise, for Wealth Creation, you need
1) To start investing early
2) To be patient and disciplined
3) To employ a professional to manage your portfolio
4) To stop looking at your valuation from time to time
5) Avoid watching business and market news channels
But then who wants simple solutions??
As human beings, we will never be happy unless we make things complex.
So let’s talk about Valuations, P/E, PEG, Top Down and Bottom Up, Value Style, Growth Style, Quality
Style, Special Situations, Mid Cap, Small Cap, Large Cap and so on.
All the above can be eliminated by employing the services of a Distributor / Advisor who takes care of the jargon.
But then we want to do everything by ourselves.
We want to construct a complex life for ourselves.
We want to be busy even though we ignore stuff like Productivity
“Complex” seems Nice.
Although “Simple” is Nicer.
