There are three key principles to team  building

1) Low Correlation is Knowledge and Skills – As people come together to work for a common purpose, the more their skills and knowledge compliment each other’s, the better will the organisation perform

2) Very High Correlation in Value System and Culture : As far as the Skill was concerned the low correlation was an advantage. However, when it comes to the Value System and Culture, extremely high correlation is an advantage

3) Larger Purpose and Vision : The Leadership Team should be aligned to a larger purpose. They should have proper clarity that their success is a by product of their larger than life goal of solving a bigger people problem
