Why Entrepreneurship is the only win win game
Most transactions are usually a Zero Sum game where if one wins the other loses
A company wants to pay less salary so it keeps more
A professional wants to charge more so the customer loses more
But when people work together as stake holders they all want the Vision or Idea ( Company) to become valuable
Because they all have their skin in the game
It is no longer a Zero Sum game but a Positive Sum game
The power of compounding is the single biggest teacher of Positive Sum Game
The only condition is we must first give and have the patience to wait
Once the power of compounding kicks in we experience abundance and with Abundance and Education at our disposal, the Abundance reaches each and every period through investment, salaries, taxes etc
The most important lesson of life is to understand and differentiate between Zero Sum game and Positive Sum game
